Process of Making Advance Payment

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:

50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non-refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.

Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.

Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details, and Service contact Numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
  • Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check-in is subject to availability).
  • Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
  • In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in such places are categorized based on location, Services, and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3*, and so on.
  • We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  • Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
  • Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
  • Service Charge & Service tax is different.
  • Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • There is no contract between Pilgrim Packages and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date for any reason, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Advance amount 50% is non-refundable if the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or in case of No Show.
  • Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
  • In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount).
  • The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
  • Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
  • Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

  • In case the client wishes to prepone/postpone their travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to the journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone/postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in writing). However, postponing & preponing a second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter, etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases, postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 7 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed, which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice number allotted to you are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/relatives.
  • Note: In order to transfer your booking, you must meet the above terms and conditions first.
